“Call of Duty”: Paramount and Activision close live action movie agreement

Paramount Skydance has signed an agreement with Microsoft’s Activision Blizzard to adapt the video game franchise “Call of Duty” In a long-action feature film, the media company said on Tuesday (2).

The companies said they will honor the “rich narrative and distinct style” of the brand for fans of the video game franchise.

“We are addressing this movie with the same disciplined and uncompromising commitment to the excellence that guided our work in Top Gun: Maverick,” said Paramount’s executive, David Ellison.
