To prepare the dough, you will need:

  • 250 g of margarine,
  • 200 g cukru,
  • 250 g of wheat flour,
  • 6 eggs,
  • 3 flat tablespoons of cocoa,

  • 200 g of extruded cherries.

Ingredients for the pudding mass:

  • 500 ml of milk,
  • 300 g of butter,
  • 150 g of powdered sugar,
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour,
  • 2 tablespoons of potato flour,
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar.

Couaring ingredients:

  • 100 g of dark chocolate,
  • 80 ml of cream.

Grate margarine with sugar, gradually adding one yolk. When the mass is uniform, add flour mixed with baking powder.

Proteins beat to a stiff foam with a little salt and gently mix it into the mass.

Divide the whole into two equal parts. Add cocoa to one of them and mix thoroughly.

For the mold approx. 24 x 24 cm lined with baking paper, first pour a light dough, and make a cocoa cake strap in the middle. Spread cherries, they don’t have to be even. Bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes. After baking, cool.

Prepare the pudding mass. Pour the milk into the pot, add vanilla sugar, wheat and potato flour. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps, then cook the pudding on low heat, stirring constantly. When it thickens, remove from the heat and set aside to cool completely. Grate the butter with a mixer with powdered sugar until a light, fluffy mass. Add the cooled pudding in batches, mixing all the time.

Put the pudding onto a layer of baked dough. Now make a coating. Heat the cream, then add chocolate in cubes. Download the pot from the burner and mix until smooth shiny topping is done. Put the top of the dough with it.
