In Acre, father appeals on social networks to be able to see his son: 'They are trying to get him out of me'

Physical education student Henrique Santos used social networks on Wednesday (3) to make an emotional appeal in search of the right to live with his son. In a video shared in his personal account and sent by himself to Contilnet, the young man reported the difficulties he has been facing to maintain contact with the child.

According to Henrique, the situation has gotten worse and contact with the child would be limited. “They are trying to get my son out of me, ward off my son, are trying to teach that my son has another father, they are making access to my boy,” he said.

The student also stated that he suffers humiliations of the alleged stepfather of the child. “He humiliates me saying that I am poor, saying that I have no money and that I will not provide a good life for my son,” he said.

Henrique stressed that he was always present in the boy’s life. “I’m there from the beginning, I never missed anything, I bought a trousseau, I did my part,” he said.

He also stated that he seeks judicial support to guarantee his rights as a father. “Really I just hope this will be shown. The justice took time, I went after the court and so I’m entering this situation,” he said.

Finally, Henry pointed out that even the calls would be being difficult. “They are trying to get away from my son. She (mother) only answers call when she wants,” he concluded.
