Do you not feel like a classic dinner dish consisting of meat, portions of potatoes or rice and vegetables? You can combine these ingredients in a different way by obtaining an original and not less nutritious meal. You can, for example, prepare baked peppers filled with meat and fright stuffing. Add some expressive spices and you will get a delicious, warming dish, perfect for a cool afternoon.

- 2 large peppers or 3 smaller ones,
- 250 g of my rhythm,
- 75 g of rice,
- 1 onion,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- a piece of chili pepper (to taste),
- 2 teaspoons of clarified butter,
- 1 egg,
- several branches of parsley or coriander,
- ½ teaspoon of Roman cumin,
- ½ teaspoon of sweet pepper,
- ½ teaspoon curry,
- Salt, pepper (to taste).
Cook al dente rice. Heat 1 teaspoon of butter with the addition of curry and mix with rice.
Cut the onion, chili and garlic finely. Fry the onion and chili on a teaspoon of butter. Add garlic and after a while meat. Fry them, seasoning with salt, pepper, cumin and sweet pepper.
Wash the peppers. Cut the seed nests. Connect the contents of the pan and rice. Add the egg and finely chopped greens. Mix to a homogeneous mass. Fill the peppers with stuffing.
Place the peppers in an ovenproof dish (stuffing up). Pour about 125 ml of hot water to the bottom. Put the dish in the oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
