Santos announced the hiring of Alexis Duarte, a 25 -year -old defender and a member of the Paraguayan team. The defender arrives at Fish after passing through Russia’s Spartak Moscow, signing four years, valid until 2029.
Revealed in the grassroots categories of Cerro Porteño, Alexis Duarte has a consolidated trajectory in Paraguayan football and accumulates calls for the national team from the grassroots categories.
He will present himself to after date FIFA, a period in which he currently disputes the South American qualifiers.
During his time at Cerro Porteño, the defender won the Paraguayan Championship of 2020 and the 2021 enclosure. The international experience began in 2023 when he moved to Russia’s Spartak Moscow before returning to South America to defend.
