The online retailer Amazon has to face a collective suit of hundreds of millions of US customers due to excessive prices. This emerges from a decision by the responsible federal judge in Seattle. Accordingly, the lawsuit comprises a total of 288 million customers and transactions worth several billion dollars. This makes it one of the largest collecting lawsuits in the history of the United States. There were initially no statements by Amazon and the lawyers on the other side.
