Butter almond-ashorel dough. An idea for a tasty afternoon tea

You feel like crazy Cake with apricots in the lead role? If so, prepare fresh fruit, wheat flour, butter, eggs, sugar, as well as almonds and almond aroma and work. Before you start preparing the dough, get the right form. Works well 35 × 13 cm baking tray.

Ingredients:

  • 230 g of apricots without seeds,
  • 200 g of butter,
  • 200 g of wheat flour,
  • 200 g cukru,
  • 3 eggs in size L or XL,
  • 75 g of almonds or almond flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of almond extract.

Additionally:

  • Almond flakes for decoration.

Cut the apricots into small cubes and put it aside.

In a large bowl, grate the butter with sugar to a light, fluffy mass. Add one egg, stirring well after each of them, using an electric mixer.

If you have all the almonds, petals or chopped, grind them in a powder blender and add it to the egg mass. If you have almond flour, it does not need initial preparation. Also add almond extract.

Sift the flour to the mass and mix thoroughly.

Using a wooden spatula, mix the apricots put out earlier.

Put the 35×13 cm cake form with baking paper and pour the mass into it. Put the dough in the oven preheated to 160 degrees Celsius and bake for 80 minutes or to a dry stick.

Take the almond dough out of the oven and leave to cool in the mold for 10 minutes. Then put them on a grid.

Serve baking hot or after cooling completely. Store in a tight container, in the fridge.
