Ingredients:
- 2 Dorady (approx. 500 g each),
- lemon juice,
- onion,
- several branches of thyme,
- allspice,
- bay leaf,
- 100 ml of drinking honey,
- salt, pepper to taste,
- 200 ml of drinking honey.
Preparation:
Clean the advice, rub with salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Put the chopped onion and thyme inside. Pour on drinking honey, put two grains of allspice and after a bay leaf. Cover with aluminum foil and set aside for an hour.
Heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees and bake the fish for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180 ° C and bake for about 20 minutes.
