One of the texts under discussion between opposition leaders and centrão in the House provides for Jair Bolsonaro to be eligible for the 2026 presidential dispute and offers a broad amnesty, which would include, in addition to the former president, Deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP), both involved in the acts of January 8 and targets of the Supreme Court (STF) in inquiries such as Fake News and Digital militias.
The version to which The globe Had access includes forgiveness, including crimes committed via social networks, such as offenses to institutions, logistical and financial support to protests and attacks on national sovereignty. The text also deals with precautionary measures, which, for example, would make the imposition of an electronic anklet to Bolsonaro. The proposal still extends the forgiveness to the camp participants in front of barracks.

Forgiveness to Eduardo Bolsonaro
