Journalists can apply with a minimum of five years of experience, preferably acting on environmental guidelines.

Each mentor will receive $ 5,000 for work, which will be up to 10 hours, with a deadline until January 31, 2026, when reports must be published.

The selected will have the function of guiding and accompanying the benefited journalists, performing periodic VideoChamadas and clarifying doubts, without playing the role of editing of the reports.

The selection will be made by an Abraji committee, considering criteria such as gender, ethnicity, race, region and experience in environmental journalism.

The list of selected mentors will be released on October 7, 2025.
