State seeks to protect companies and workers after 50% tariffs reach more than 90% of the local export agenda
The State Government of Ceará published on Thursday (4.Set.2025) a decree that expands mitigation measures to the initiated in August by the United States. According to the document, “For all legal purposes, the emergency situation resulting from the tariff increase is recognized”.
