Paranapanema lot contract will last 30 years and projects almost R $ 6 billion in investments on highways in the interior of SP
Infra BR V Missouri, from the homeland group, won this Friday (5.Set.2025) the auction of the Paranapanema lot, which covers excerpts from the Raposo Tavares Highway (SP-270) and adjacent highways. The event was held at the headquarters of B3, in São Paulo (SP).
The lot includes 285 kilometers of roads, between Ourinhos and Itapetininga, passing to 13 municipalities in the regions of Marília and Sorocaba. The contract will have 30 years of validity and requires investments of about $ 6 billion.
The winner presented an initial discount proposal of 10.10% in the maximum public consideration, compared to 8.41% of the Viaja+SP consortium and 3.20% of CS Infra the two largest proposals were for the Viva-Voz stage.
In the 1st stage of the Vivoz, Viaja+SP offered 10.6%, was surpassed by 11.6% of the homeland.
Planned interventions
The program projects to:
- Duplication of 147 km of highways;
- Implementation of 56 km of shoulder;
- Construction of 29 catwalks;
- installation of 84 bus stops.
There are also 13 km of marginal roads, as well as 15 uneven devices and 39 at level.

- Eng. Lauri Simões de Barros Highway (SP-189);
- Mello Peixoto Highway (SP-278);
- Ivens Vieira Access (SPA-204/270);
- Access Eng. Edson Martins de Lara (SPA-245/270);
- Highway Access Brigadeiro Faria Lima (SPA-326);
- FRANCISCO JOSÉ BRAGANÇA HIGH ACCESS (SPA-312).
