Brazil will have three representatives, all of them from the state of São Paulo. They are: Corinthians, current champions, railroad- two-time champion- and São Paulo, who will make his debut in the international tournament. The tricolors secured vacancies after arriving in the Brazilian final of 2024.

Corinthians and São Paulo are key heads of Group A and C, respectively. Railway also represents Brazil among the 16 participants in the competition and is in the Boca group. He got the place after Corinthians was champion of the competition in 2024 and also reached the final of the Brazilian. According to the regulation, the teams play within the group in a single shift. The first two advance to the quarterfinals. In case of a tie in the eliminatory confrontation, the decision will be on penalties.

In 16 editions already disputed by Libertadores Female, Brazil has won 13 titles. Corinthians is the biggest champion, with five trophies (2017, 2019, 2021, 2023 and 2024). Following are São José, three -time champion (2011, 2013 and 2014), Santos, two -time champion (2009 and 2010), Railway, also two -time champion (2015 and 2020), and Palmeiras, with an achievement (2022).

The other three titles were with Colo-Colo, from Chile (2012), Sportivo Clean, from Paraguay (2016), and Atletico Huila, from Colombia (2018).
