The 37-year-old motorcyclist Regino Ferreira Gomes and a 17-year-old who was also driving a motorcycle, were injured after the collision between two motorcycles on Thursday (4), near the Brazilian Christian Church, on the Vila Acre Bairro, in the second district of Rio Branco.

According to popular information, Regino and the adolescent were driving in the center-bairro direction in two motorcycles-a silver titan and a black YBR-when, unexpectedly, the vehicles crashed.

On impact, both were thrown to the asphalt. The teenager suffered a swelling on his face, while Regino had an exposed fracture on his left leg.

People who passed by the site provided first aid and triggered traffic policing and the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu). A basic support ambulance was sent and performed the initial calls. However, due to the state of the victims – which had disorientation and relegation of the level of consciousness – the presence of an advanced support ambulance was necessary. After stabilization, the two were sent to the Rio Branco Emergency Room, where they were entry to a stable state.

Traffic policing isolated the area for expert work and, after the usual procedures, motorcycles were released.

Also according to police, the teenager did not have a National Driver’s License (CNH). A traffic accident report (BAT) will be registered.
