Vienna/Strasbourg – The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has extended the preliminary stop of the deportation of a man to Syria until at least September 25th. The court wanted to hear more information about the case beforehand, reports the Presse (Paywall). In the meantime, Austria has also made the requested statement on the case.
