USA explain two drug gangs from Ecuador to terrorist groups

Quito-The US government has declared two drug gangs from Ecuador as foreign terrorist organizations. Los Lobos and Los Choneros are the most powerful gangs in the South American country and in the smuggling of cocaine into the United States and Europe.
