The former Globo actress Rejane shumann74, was recently found living in precarious conditions in his apartment in the Moinhos de Vento neighborhood, noble area of Porto Alegre (RS).
The case gained great repercussion and many came to believe that the actress had been abandoned by the family. However, activist Deise Falci, responsible for discovering the situation, again clarified the case on social networks on Friday (5), stating that the departure departed from Rejane herself.
Deise said the actress isolated herself by her own decision and that the family tried to keep in touch several times. “Some people told me is that she was never a very easy person. When I talked to her, she said she had a brother and a couple of nephews … She said her brother did not want to study, and she was always very studious, and that made her angry and she walked away.”
According to the activist, Rejane’s brother recently died and also suffered from dementia. The actress’s niece, who lives in another city, only learned of her aunt’s situation after being called by the police.
“He has this daughter who spoke and this niece was called by the police. He is an attentive person [a sobrinha de Rejane] And I didn’t know about the state of aunt because her aunt didn’t want to contact. They called Rejane several times to know that the brother was not doing well and Rejane did not want to keep in touch, “he said.
Now, the niece will take responsibility for the care of the former actress, who has shown gratitude for the help received.

The property was without water, without light and with the empty refrigerator. According to Deise, Rejane was extremely lean, slept in a dirty mattress, without bathing for months, and the site exuded an “unbearable urine odor”.
Despite the state in which the actress was found, the animals were fed, with available feed. Deise then organized a cleaning and donation task force to reform the apartment and ensure minimal dignity for Rejane.
Moved by the situation, the protector cleared the environment and decided to raise money to help her.

Actress Diana Rejane Schumann was born in 1949 in the municipality of Canoas, Rio Grande do Sul. She graduated in Law and Theater. On the small screen, he was successful in acting on TV Globo soap operas of the 1970s, such as “The Astro” (1970), “Dancin ‘Days” (1978) and “Pai Hero” (1979).
