The Constitution and Justice Commission (CCJ) of the House of Representatives will start listening next week the witnesses listed in the process of revoking parliamentary Carla Zambelli (PL-SP). On Wednesday, 10, the testimonies of Walter Delgatti Neto, the “hacker of Araraquara”, at 10am, and Michel Spiero, technical assistant to the deputy defense, at 14h.
Among the witnesses who were pointed out by the lawyers of the parliamentarian are the judicial expert Eduardo Tagliaferro and the Blogger Bolsonarist Oswaldo Eustáquio. The goal is to reinforce the thesis that Zambelli undergoes political persecution.
Tagliaferro is a former advisor to Alexandre de Moraes at the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), who accused the minister of tampering with documents to justify actions of the Federal Police (PF). Oswaldo Eustáquio is suspected of collaborating and planned the attempted coup. Both are outside Brazil and have extradition requests presented by the Supreme.

Carla Zambelli’s cassation process was sent to the CCJ in June by the Mayor Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB). The rapporteur is the federal deputy Diego Garcia (Republicans-PR).
The commission will analyze the case, and then the process will be submitted to the vote in the House Plenary. 257 votes are required for it to be deprived of your position.
In May, Zambelli was sentenced by the Federal Supreme Court (STF) to ten years in prison for the invasion of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) system. She hired Delgatti for the service, which was also convicted and is arrested. In addition to the time of imprisonment, the ministers determined that Carla lost their mandate in the House.

Carla Zambelli fled to Italy after the conviction of the Supreme Court. She was arrested and is detained at the Rebibbia Penitentiary Complex in Rome, where she faces an extradition process. She had the pre -trial detention decreed by the Supreme Court for escape.
