Also according to the UPA, the elderly, intubated, after the medical check, he was sent to the morgue and in the morning of Tuesday (2), the death statement was issued.
At the request of the family, the body was visualized, this moment, when they noticed that the man was breathing. He was immediately reappointed the emergency area, where the presence of breathing and pulse was confirmed. After leaving the morgue, the elderly went to the ventilatory support.
“No technical, medical or nursing failures were identified in the service provided, in light of the documented multiprofessional assessments,” the UPA said in a statement.
