Wearing a green and yellow blouse with the inscription ‘Amnesty Já’, the senator summoned people to the last demonstration before the STF’s decision on the defendants involved in the 2022 coup plot
The senator (PL-RJ) used social networks this Friday (5) to call supporters to go to the streets on September 7 and encouraged them to dress in the colors of the flag.
Wearing a green and yellow blouse with the inscription “Amnesty Already”, the senator summoned people to the last demonstration before the decision of the Supreme Court () about the defendants involved in the 2022 coup plot.
“The last demonstration before the scam that arranged to condemn my father, our President Jair Bolsonaro, to 40 years in prison,” said the politician.
Flávio Bolsonaro also took the moment to defend the amnesty and the possibility of the former president to compete in the 2026 elections.
“So I ask you, come with us once again, to show that we, good people in this country, voted to acquit Bolsonaro and demand to vote for it again for president in 2026,” he said.
The senator also pinned the federal government, stating that “politics sees that Lula’s days are coming to an end.” In the description of the post, the parliamentarian wrote that “this September 7th will not only, will also be the rescue day of Brazil. Let’s go to the streets to show to Brasilia, show to politics, what is the true desire of the Brazilian people,” wrote Flávio.
Flávio’s publication occurred one day after the Brazilian government’s campaign, which also used social networks to encourage the population to go to the streets. “There is no game, but it’s time to go to the streets. Every day is Brasilzão’s day and defending our sovereignty,” invites the government’s official campaign.
With a humorous tone, the post calls the Brazilians to honor the parades of September 7. The slogan of the action, “goes from heart, goes from Brazil”, reinforces the invitation. In the caption, the federal government encourages supporters to wear national colors. “It’s time to take the yellow-green shirt out of the closet and show everyone your pride in being Brazilian.”
