There are only a few horror films that are as iconic as Alien. Ridley Scott’s film from 1979 has absolute cult status. Numerous sequels and prequels have been shot over the years. So it only seems logical that there is now a series. Alien Earth it is called, available on Disney+. As the name suggests, the plot does not play in deep universe this time, but on earth. There, a CEO of the five world -dominant groups has just succeeded in transferring human awareness into synthetic bodies. These hybrids, called “Lost Boys”, are to examine a damaged spaceship.
