Judicial technician Márcio José Toledo Pinto was fired on the charges of leaking decisions of the court for lobbyists.

Operation Sisamnes
The employee was already removed from the civil service exercise in November 2024 by order of Minister Cristiano Zanin, rapporteur of Operation Sisamnes at the Supreme Court (STF). Toledo Pinto acted as an advisor in the offices of ministers Maria Isabel Gallotti and Fatima Nancy Andrighi.

According to the PF, the scheme involving sentence sales in the STJ was operated by lobbyist Anderson de Oliveira Gonçalves, arrested preventively in the same operation. Toledo Pinto is accused of accessing processes in the rapporteur of Minister Nancy Andrighi and passing on confidential information in return of bribes.
The investigation also indicates that there was sale of court decisions would involve lawyers, lobbyists, entrepreneurs, advisors, cabinet chiefs and state court magistrates.
