Parliamentary chops This is my proven recipe for special occasions, perfect for a stylish dinner. Sometimes I also just make them on Sunday, when we have time to sit with the whole family together with a meal.

  • 4 chicken breasts,
  • 4 slices of smoked bacon,
  • 100 g evening mozzarella,
  • 50 g sera cheddar,
  • 50 g of cream cheese,
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • ½ teaspoon of red pepper,
  • ½ teaspoon salt,
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper,
  • 2 pinches of Cayenne pepper.

Breading:

  • 4 teaspoons of wheat flour,
  • 1 egg protein,
  • 150 g of panko breadcrumbs.

Additionally:

  • 2 teaspoons of rapeseed oil for frying.

Fry slices of bacon in a dry pan, melting all the fat. Put the crunchy meat aside. Cut them into smaller pieces. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese and spices for a homogeneous mass.

Wash and dry chicken breasts. Then cut them horizontally, almost to the end. Open each breast and gently break them with your hands. Put the cheese-glaze mixture inside, spreading it evenly.

Cut the mozzarella into thin posts and put it in the inside with bacon. Close the breast and then gently sprinkle with flour.

Pour the protein into a deep plate and break it down. Pour the breadcrumbs into the second plate. First, immerse each breast in protein, then coat them in breadcrumbs, pressing heavily.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Put chicken breasts on it and fry for a minute on each side until they are golden and crunchy. Then transfer them into an ovenproof dish and put in a furnace preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake for 25-30 minutes, to the readiness of the meat.

Serve the parliamentary chops hot, preferably with the addition of light salad.
