The holiday of EM will have a security reinforcement, with policing in the central region of the capital and the action of specialized troops. The traditional civic-military parade will take place in the Esplanade of Ministries, while manifestations of the left and right are marked in the city.
Policing in the capital is often reinforced at the Independence Day chart, but this year the evaluation of security teams also takes into account the protests and the period of judgment of the former president (PL).
The Public Security Secretariat expects an increase in public on the Esplanade compared to last year. The estimate is up to 50 thousand people, and the stands will be able to 30 thousand.
The Government (PT) adopted amid the judgment of the former president in the (Supreme Court) and the government’s offensive against the country with the imposition of and sanctions on authorities.
The security scheme will feature policing reinforcement throughout the central region and the performance of specialized troops. To support the teams, the region will be monitored by cameras, drones and images sent in real time to the Brasilia Integrated Operations Center.
There will be personal magazines, which will be made in the accesses to the Esplanade, Via S1, the lateral of the Cathedral, and in the stairs of the ministries. May also occur within the public.
The Esplanade of Ministries will be banned from 5 pm on September 6. As a result, traffic changes will start on the same day, with the interruption of vehicle circulation in the stretch between the Plano Piloto bus station and Via L4.
Two manifestations parallel to the parade, organized by groups with different guidelines, but with no contact between them: one of bias on the right, near the TV tower, and another, summoned from the left, in the Palmares Zombie Square.
On holiday of September 7, the public access gates will be opened at 6am, and the civic-military parade will start at 9am.
Items such as animals (except guide dogs), firearms, knife, replicas, sharp or piercing objects, explosives, fireworks, flammable substances, helmet, posters and flags with dignity on dignity are velocked.
Nor will glass vials, cans, glasses, isoopores, barbecues, stoves, helmets, tents, shopping strollers, bags, boxes and bags or large backpacks. Masks, masts, sticks, objects that may cause damage, illicit drugs and unauthorized drones are also prohibited.
