Italy wants to introduce rules for digital identity on the Internet

After the recent scandal about an erotic platform, in which photos of leading Italian politicians, including Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, whose sister Arianna and opposition leader Elly Schlein were published, the pressure on the introduction of rules regarding digital identity grows in Rome. User registration is intended to prevent internet users from surfing anonymously online.
