Pedersen wins 15th Vuelta stage, fall after protesting

MonForte de Lemos-Mads Pedersen (Lidl-Trek) won the 15th stage of Vuelta a Espana on Sunday. The Dane set the turbo on the last two kilometers and won in front of Orluis Aular from Venezuela in the sprint of a small group. In the overall classification, after the 167.8 kilometers from Vegadeo to Monforte de Lemos, there was no change. Pedersensen’s compatriot Jonas Vingegaard (Visma) continues 48 seconds ahead of Joao Almeida, Felix Gall is fifth (+3: 30 min.).
