According to a survey of the Institute Genial / Questionreleased this Monday (8), 6 out of 10 Brazilians do not trust political parties.
To 63%political parties are not reliable. On the other hand, 36% They say they trust the party groups. Others 1% They couldn’t answer.
These numbers have grown negatively since the last survey, conducted in July 2024, when 58% did not trust the acronyms and 40% trusted.
Research listed 13 institutions to measure their level of reliability: Catholic Church; Military Police; Military/ Armed Forces; evangelical churches; Mayors; banks; President of the Republic; press; STF (Federal Supreme Court); National Congress; football judge; social media; and political parties.
The parties were in the last position of the research, considered as the less reliable institutions.
Were interviewed 12,150 Brazilians among the days August 13 and 17. The margin of error is two percentage pointsfor more or less, with level of reliability 95%.
