A victim of a cold train on a train in Charlotte fell, 23 -year -old Irina Zarutska from her two weeks ago on Friday, August 22.
In a security camera video released by Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS), Zarutska seems to get on the train and deal with her cellphone.
Suddenly and for no apparent reason, 35 -year -old Decarlo Brown Jr., sitting behind 23 -year -old Ukrainian, seems to pull a knife out of his pocket and attacking the girl on his neck.
As shown in the shots, the 35 -year -old after the murderous blow headed a bastard to one of the doors of the train, while his knife dripped the 23 -year -old’s blood.

Officers arrested the perpetrator two minutes after the attack when the train stopped at the next station.
According to local media, the 35 -year -old did not know his victim.

23 -year -old Irina Zarutska had fled to the US with her mother and sister to escape the war in Ukraine.
