“Woman of great strength, who now deserves rest in peace. At this moment we ask all the fans, friends and partners who understand the need to collect the family,” wrote the musician’s team in the caption.
Days earlier, Lucas had canceled shows to be next to her mother, as she was her only child. She had been hospitalized since early September in the ICU, but the statement did not report the cause of death.
