According to the rebel television, the attack required the victims and injured. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of Defense, Jisrael Kac, promised that the country will continue in similar attacks on Husi.
The Israeli army on Wednesday hit the targets of Yemen rebels of the Husy in Yemen, including the local Sanaa metropolis. According to the Yemeni television al-Masir, the attack on the headquarters of the Husian media administration required an unspecified number of victims and injured. TASR informs this based on the AFP report and The Times of Israel (Toi).
The Huses claim to have thwarted most of the Israeli attack
“A moment ago, Israeli aerial forces have hit military objectives belonging to the terrorist regime of the Húsís in Saná and Al Jauf in Yemen,” the Israeli army statement said. The aim was “military camps in which the members of the terrorist regime, the headquarters of the military public administration were identified, and the fuel warehouse, which was used by the terrorist regime”.
According to Al-Masir television, “several homes” were also destroyed in the attack. AFP journalists have confirmed both explosions and dark smoke rising from Sanaa.
The Húsi claims that their air defense has been able to face “Zionist aggression against our country, forcing some combat units to withdraw before the attack and thwarted most of the attack,” Toi informs.
Netanyahu promised that the country will continue in the attacks
The intervention was also confirmed by Israeli Defense Minister Jisrael Kac. “We have promised more attacks and today we have planted another painful wound in Yemen,” KAC said according to Toi. The portal added that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised that the country “will continue the attacks”.
Iran’s supporting Húsi has been attacking Israel with rockets and drones repeatedly since the beginning of the war in the Gaza Strip in October 2023. They allegedly express solidarity with the Palestinians. Israel, in turn, regularly takes strokes to goals in Yemen.
