The leader of the House, (RJ), filed on Tuesday (9) criminal representation in (Supreme Federal Court) requesting the custody of, son 03 of the former president (PL), against Brazil.
In the document, Lindbergh quotes, Karoline Leavitt, who said the president applied fares and sanctions against Brazil to protect freedom of expression and that the country will not be afraid to use “economic and military power” to defend it.
In the request, the PT leader in the House states that the “threat of external interference does not arise isolated, but as a result of the articulation of Brazilian political actors who have been requesting foreign support against national institutions”, among them Eduardo.
Lindbergh points out that during the period in which Eduardo is absent from the country, about R $ 721,312.64 were spent. He also cites another statement from Jair Bolsonaro’s son directed to the presidents of the House (Republicans -PB), and Senate, (União Brasil – AP), that “is very much – God willing, will come soon.”
“The use of the mandate from abroad, without legal support, is a deviation of purpose, because the position now serves personal and hostile agendas to Brazil, funded with public funds,” he argues. “The continuity of payments and the absence of deliberation on requests for removal and/or cancellation of mandate reinforce the perception of tolerance with practices incompatible with the public interest.”
