Bulgarian salad with baked peppers is an even more aromatic version of the classic Balkan delicacy. Baked pepper adds all the depth of taste, light sweetness and a unique character. In combination with juicy tomatoes, fresh cucumber, expressive onion and cream cheese Sirene, a light proposition arises for each day.

Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes,
- red pepper,
- green cucumber,
- red onion,
- 100 g of sirene cheese (can be replaced with feta cheese),
- A handful of green and black olives,
- fresh parsley,
- 4 tablespoons of oil,
- 3 tablespoons of red or balsamic red vinegar,
- Salt and pepper.
Method of performance:
Wash the pepper and put on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 230 ° C for about 15 minutes, turning every few minutes until the skin browns from all sides.
Put the baked peppers into a bowl and tightly cover with cling film. Leave for 10 minutes. After cooling, peel the pepper and cut into thin strips.
Cut the tomatoes into larger pieces, cucumbers into semi -slices, and onions into thin feathers.
Put all the vegetables into the bowl. Add olives.
In a separate bowl, mix the oil with vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Pour the salad with sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Mix gently.
Cut the sirene or feta cheese into cubes and put on top of the Bulgarian salad. So serve it on the table.
