The September casserole is actually a tart that hides a lot of taste. On fragile, butter bottom A mixture of ingredients is laid. Ingredients:

Cake:

  • 200 g of wheat flour,
  • 100 g of cold butter,
  • egg,
  • 2 tablespoons of cold water,
  • A pinch of salt.

Filling:

  • Little Hokkaido pumpkin,
  • broccoli,
  • 200 g of fresh forest mushrooms,
  • 1/2 onion,
  • a teaspoon of granulated garlic,
  • a teaspoon of rapeseed oil.

Sos:

  • 300 ml of milk,
  • 5 eggs,
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper,
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg.

Method of performance:

Prepare the cake. Sift the flour and add chopped, cold butter, egg, salt, water. Rub the mass in your fingers, creating a homogeneous mass. Knead the dough and form a ball. Put it in the fridge for about 2 hours.

Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out thinly. Transfer them to a greased form to a tart with a diameter of about 23 cm. Insert the bottom into the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes, until nice browning.

Prepare the filling. Clean all vegetables, peel and cut the cube in small size. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add onion and pumpkin. Fry the whole until the latter becomes transparent. Add mushrooms and garlic. Fry everything to completely evaporate the water, then add small broccoli roses and continue cooking for another minute. If necessary, remove excess liquid from the vegetables and place them on the already baked bottom.

Prepare the sauce. Put the eggs into a bowl and bent them to foam. Pour in milk and add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Beat to foam for about 2-3 minutes. Pour the liquid into vegetables.

Put the September casserole in the oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius and bake for 35-40 minutes on the bottom shelf, to brown the top.

Take the dish out of the oven and leave it 10 minutes before cutting.
