An adventure for Youtube almost ended in tragedy in the United States. A 36 -year -old woman was rescued last Saturday, September 6, after getting lost at the Pigeon River state forest in Otsego County Michigan during a survival challenge that recorded for the platform.
The search mobilized several teams and even a helicopter, which eventually captured impressive images of the victim to desperately wave to draw attention. The woman had been lost on Friday night and was only missing at 5:00 am, according to the Michigan State Police (MSP).
The conditions were particularly adverse, as the forest remained quite damaged by a recent ice storm. At 10:40 am, the helicopter pilot managed to locate the woman, redirecting the police canine units to the exact point, which allowed the rescue safely.
The authorities did not reveal details about the challenge or if there were other people involved. What is certain is that the survival experience eventually turned into a rescue mission that is already running the world.
