Country casseroles It is a dish that combines the simplicity and depth of taste. It is incredibly simple, all you need is good quality country bread and several basic ingredients. Expressive sausage gives the casseroles character, it goes well with red peppers and onions. Of course, there can be a melted, pulling cheese. Country casseroles are an ideal proposition for a family dinner, which will be loved by both younger and older greedy greedy.
To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 5 slices of rural bread,
- 450 g of sausage,
- 1 red pepper,
- 1 small red onion,
- 10 slices of cheese,
- 2 tablespoons of tomato passage,
- 5 tablespoons of soft butter,
- ¼ teaspoon of salt,
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
Additionally:
In a bowl, shake the butter with a tomato passata.
Cut the raw sausage into slices and fry in hot oil. Then chop it very small or tear it with forks.
Cut the peppers into long posts, and the onion into small cubes. Fry them for 3-4 minutes in the same pan.
Spread the slices of bread on the counter and grease the butter with tomato passata on them. Sprinkle them with onions and pieces of sausage, then put the paprika bars.
Cover slices with slices of cheese and season them with salt and pepper.
