Once we decided to arrange a party with a Swedish table – then I discovered the recipe for this salad. We liked it so much that I often do for various occasions. The combination of eggs, canned mushrooms, peppers, corn, cucumbers and apples creates a coherent whole, and when we add dill to it – it is delicious.
- 3 eggs,
- 1 jar of canned mushrooms (about 300 g),
- 1 can of canned corn (400 g),
- 4 slices of canned pepper,
- 2 ground cucumbers,
- ½ apple,
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- salt, pepper (to taste),
- Several dill branches.
Cook hard-boiled eggs (8-10 minutes from the moment the water boils). Cool, peel and cut into cubes.
Drain the mushrooms from the pickle and chop or cut into smaller pieces. Strain the pickle corn. Cut the slices of peppers into small pieces. Cut the cucumbers into semi -slices. Peel the apple and remove the seed nest. Cut the half of the apple into cubes.
Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl (except eggs). Salt Wait a few minutes. Pour the juice from the bowl that the vegetables released.
Add eggs, mayonnaise to the bowl and gently mix all the ingredients. Season with pepper. If you want, add some more salt.
Finely chop the dill and sprinkle the salad with it.
