A 46 -year -old man was arrested preventively for raping a woman while she slept. The crime was committed in August, but the warrant was served on Monday (8/9) by the Civil Police ().
According to the investigation, the victim had drunk and dormant drinking, when the suspect removed his clothes and maintained sex with his wife, without her able to oppose.
Still according to the steps, after the crime, he fled where he lived, and was on the run so far.
Last Monday (8/9), he was located and arrested by agents of the 35th Police Station (Sobradinho II), in the Dorothy settlement in Sobradinho.
