Who is afraid of the new music? If, according to Christof Dienz, the head of the Sounds of Sound Schwaz, this should not be the case with anyone. Especially towards the population of the district capital near Innsbruck, Dienz wants to reduce barriers. In Schwaz there are meeting areas in which musicians and festival guests can talk to each other with a beer or mineral water – also like to talk about advantages. His motto: no snobism, out of the ivory tower! “You shouldn’t think that new music is something you have to understand. You should experience and feel them. That is enough.”
