Ingredients:

Cake:

  • 250 g of krupczatka flour,
  • 200 g of butter,
  • 3 yolks,
  • A pinch of salt.

Stuffing:

  • 300 g of frozen spinach in leaves (thawed and imprinted from the water),
  • Little onion,
  • 200 ml of milk,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 200 ml of cream 30%,
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes,
  • Salt and black pepper to taste,
  • a pinch of nutmeg,
  • 10 g of frying butter.

Method of performance:

Add cold butter to the sifted flour, chop with a knife until crumble is formed. Add yolks and a pinch of salt, knead quickly. Wrap with cling film and put in the fridge for 2 hours.

Cut the onion into cubes and fry in butter until it is fine. Add thawed and well -squeezed spinach. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Simmer for a few minutes until it evaporates excess water. Set aside to cool.

Cross -section in half.

Put the dough with a diameter of 28 cm in diameter. Put the bottom with a fork and bake at 200 ° C for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.

Put the spinach stuffing on the baked bottom. Arrange the halves of cherry tomatoes on top. Pour the whole with mass. Bake for about 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 ° C until the mass is cut and slightly browned.

Place pieces of burrata in several places on a baked, still warm tart.
