With the increasingly accelerated aging of the population, it is not uncommon to see people over the age of 100 who, to the question of a reporter about the secret of their longevity, shrugged and claim that, among other sin, they take their little wine every night. And if you say some researchers who there is no safe limit for any alcohol intake, it is also a fact that if you taste a taste may well be in the disgust of boredom and lack of horny for life.
Turning the page, we have the beautiful and Tasfeiro Rodrigo Hilbert. He himself, that boy married to the also beautiful Fernanda Lima and capable of building a rocket with three ice cream sticks without dispelling his hair, which displays with resourcefulness (and in spite of the ordinary of mortals) his talent for cutting firewood, building pulls, killing sheep – and knitting.
And what do the paragraphs above have to do with each other and both with this column?
It turns out that wine and knitting are the ingredients of a tourism project designed by the group of students from Empório das Wool, São Paulo. In it, students and teachers will travel between September 18 and 21 to Vale dos Vinhedos, in Rio Grande do Sul, to exchange experiences with their needles while enjoying the good products of the region’s wineries, such as Casa Valduga and Aurora Città.
In addition to drinking and knitting, each participant will be able to walk the charming Stone Way, which runs historical buildings of the historic Italian colony that occupied the region from the late 18th century, and enjoy typical delicacies with local varieties.
This is not the first time that the Emporium of Wool has been creating beyond the walls of the studio. Over the course of their 18 years, students have participated in international events such as Vogue Knitting Live in Chicago, as well as national meetings in Curitiba, Porto Alegre and Gramado. They also explored rural tourism and artisanal immersion experiences in places such as Atalaia Farm (Amparo/SP), Fazenda Aze oil Sabiá (Serra da Mantiqueira/SP) and Lanafil Factory (Jacareí/SP).
To participate in the group, it is, of course, to enjoy knitting and participating in some of the events promoted by them, such as World Public Knitting Day, the World Wide Knit in Public Day (WWKIP Day), celebrated last June 14 in hundreds of cities around the world and had the Trotewoods group as hosts in Sao Paulo.
