What exactly is needed to prepare aromatic chanterelle sauce? Below is a list of ingredients:
- 300 g Kurek;
- 1 onion;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- 30 g of clarified butter;
- 200 ml cream 30%;
- half a handful of chopped dill;
- Salt and pepper.
Preparation method:
- Clean taps thoroughly and cut into smaller pieces. Chop the onion into cubes, squeeze the garlic cloves through the press.
- Fry the onion and garlic in clarified butter. We add chanterelles and fry for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. We reduce the heat and add cream. We cook the whole for about 10 minutes. After this time, the sauce will be ready. Finally, add half a handful of a shredded dill to it.
