You will prepare the dish quickly and easily, in just 10 minutes. It is worth mentioning that the salad is also very healthy, rich in unsaturated fatty acids and protein.

Ingredients:
- 5 eggs,
- 2 avocados,
- 1/2 bunch of radish,
- 1/2 Bunch of parsley.
Dressing:
- 150 ml of sour cream 18%,
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice,
- 1/2 teaspoon of chopped dill,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
Method of performance:
Hardly cook the eggs, then peel them and cut them into thick pieces.
Peel the avocado with the skin and remove the stone. Cut them into pieces of similar size as eggs.
Cut the radish into strips or semi -slices, and chop parsley coarsely.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
