Ex-high judge should ensure calm after bloody protests in Nepal

For almost a week, Nepal is already in a state of emergency after young people in particular flocked to the country’s streets in order to demonstrate against injustice. This caused violence by security officers and rioters – more than 50 people died, Prime Minister KP Oli resigned after the worst riots. Now a former high judge as Interim Prime Minister is supposed to ensure peace in the country.
