Cinnamon cake It’s the perfect baking for afternoon coffee or tea. It is sweet, aromatic, melting in the mouth. It will be a great afternoon tea or dessert, but it will also work when unexpected guests visit you. You will make the whole thing extremely quickly, just 15 minutes to put the dough in the oven. You don’t have to go shopping for long, because you will bake this cake with just a few ingredients that you certainly have in the kitchen. If you want, you can also experiment with spices, you can add some cloves or cardamom.
Before you get on baking, prepare the right form. Works well 35×12 cm cake cake.
To prepare this cake, you will need:
- 300 g of wheat flour,
- 180 ml of milk,
- 180 g of butter,
- 150 g of powdered sugar,
- 2 eggs,
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Add sifted flour and cinnamon to a bowl with egg mixture, followed by milk. Mix the whole to combine the ingredients.
Place the baking mold with dimensions of 35×12 cm with parchment paper. Pour the mass into the sheet and level.
Put the dough mold in the oven set to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 45 minutes or into a clean and dry stick.
Carefully remove the cinnamon dough from the oven and let it cool in the mold for 10 minutes, and then carefully move to the grid until completely cool.
Sprinkle the ready dough with powdered sugar.
