Ingredients:
- 2 courgettes,
- 1/2 pepper,
- small avocado,
- mozzarella ball,
- a dozen or so basil leaves,
- a dozen or so rocket leaves,
- a teaspoon of Provencal herbs,
- a teaspoon of sweet pepper,
- Salt, pepper (to taste).
Method of performance:
Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends. Cut a long, sharp knife into slices about 5 mm thick. If the zucchini are large, you can cut them into a slant (so as to get quite long slices). Sprinkle the slices with salt and set aside for several minutes.
