It’s a salad from which you can’t break away if you take your mouth at least a bite. It is extremely simple and quick to prepare – it is enough 10 minutes to be able to treat all the dish that will be remembered permanently. The whole is extremely creamy consistency and an interesting aroma, which is a combination of sweet and salty flavorswith a variety of a hint of seafood.
The salad is a rich source of proteinthanks to which it works as a quick lunch or dinner, but also as a snack after training or other types of physical activity. Serve it on a sandwich, wrapped in tortilla or yourself.
Ingredients:
- 450 g of crab fingers,
- 250 g of cannon corn,
- 3 eggs.
Dressing:
- 100g majonezu,
- 50 g of natural yogurt,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
Method of performance:
Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes, then strain them, cool and peel. Cut them into thick cubes.
Cut the crab fingers into small pieces, and drain the corn from the pickle.
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix initially.
Prepare dressing by mixing all ingredients with a uniform mixture. Pour the salad with the prepared sauce and mix well.
Put the dish in the fridge for at least an hour so that the flavors combine.
It is a salad from which you cannot break away, especially served on fresh crunchy bread.
Store the remains in the fridge, in a tightly closed container. Use within 3 days.
