Erika Kerk, a widow of the right activist, made a statement on Friday night, stressing that her husband’s message and mission would become “louder, bolder, louder and greater” and that “her cries will resonate around the world”.
“I liked to know that one of his slogans was ‘never to surrender,'” she said of her husband. “We will never surrender.”
Charlie Kerk, co -founder of the far -right youth organization Turning Point USA, died after being shot deadly while speaking at Utah Valley University (UVU), at the first event of the organization’s autumn tour at universities. Erika Kerk said the tour would continue despite her husband’s premature death.
“In a world full of chaos, doubt and uncertainty, my husband’s voice will continue to exist and will sound louder and clearer than ever, and his wisdom will endure,” he said.
‘You have no idea what you just released all over the country’
Erika Kerk, speaking on Friday night by the offices of Turning Point USA, said that Charlie was assassinated for “preaching a message of patriotism, faith and mercy of God.”
“The villains responsible for the murder of my husband have no idea what they did,” he said. “Everyone has to know this: If you thought that my husband’s mission was strong before, you have no idea what you just released throughout the country and the world.”
In what the organization described as “its speech to the nation”, Erika Kerk thanked the police authorities and those who participated in the location and arrest of the suspect for her husband’s murder. He is expected to be charged with the deadly shot and on Tuesday.
She also thanked Jay Di Vance, whom he described as a close friend of her husband and.
“Mr President, my husband loved you and knew that you loved him too,” he said. “Your friendship was amazing.”
Erika Kerk spoke extensively about her husband’s Christian values, saying that if she had nominated, she would focus on “revitalizing the American family” and that she had devoted much of his time to encourage young people to find comrades. He said that the struggle in which he had been devoted was not a politician but “above all spiritual”.

In divisive language and often rhetoric with elements of intolerance, Charlie Kerk played a decisive role in attracting young men, mainly men, in the “Make America Great Again” movement (Maga). He was known for his fiery and discreet views, he did not believe in the separation of Church and State, and said that the Democrats “represent everything that God hates”.
He argued that the West is in a “spiritual battle” with “woke” culture, Marxism and Islam, demanding a complete ban on medical care for trans people, characterized migration from Muslim countries “suicide culture” and spread the theories of 20th 20th.
His wife used her speech to mobilize young people – addressing high school students and students – to continue his fight. He urged them to create or join local Turning Point USA branches in schools and universities.
“He wants to make a difference and you can,” he said. “The movement is nowhere to go and it will only become stronger when you participate.”
Erica Kerk is a businessman and former winner of the Miss Arizona competition and met her husband in 2018. The couple got engaged in 2020 and married less than a year later. Together they had two children, one daughter and one son.
