Cake fudge cream She is a real treat for lovers of sweet and expressive flavors, which impresses with its velvet consistency and deep, butter-honey-like aroma. Preparing it at home is not only a way to create a perfect baking additive, but also to fill the kitchen with warmth and sweetness. The whole is extremely simple and quick to prepare, and the effect will delight every fan of fudges.
Ingredients for fudge mass:
- 200 g of butter,
- 150 g cukru,
- 100 ml of cream 36 percent,
- 100 ml of honey,
- 50 g of powder cocoa,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 1 pinch of salt.
Cream ingredients:
- 350 ml cream cream 36 percent,
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.
Prepare the fudge mass.
Place all ingredients for fudge mass, turn off vanilla and salt, in a medium -sized pot and put on medium heat. Stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes or until all the ingredients and the combination into a smooth sauce.
Take the pot off the heat and leave to cool for 10 minutes. Then mix in vanilla and a pinch of salt. Cover the pot with cling film and leave to cool completely to room temperature.
Prepare the cream.
In a large bowl, beat the cream with the addition of powdered sugar until soft and slightly falling peaks. Mixing all the time, add the fudge mass in batches, stirring well after each of them.
The finished cake fudge should be stiff, uniform in color and consistency and can be easily spread.
Store it in the fridge, covered, until use.
