‘Hamas terrorist chiefs living in Qatar do not care about the people of Gaza; They blocked all attempts to cease fire to prolong the war, ‘said Prime Minister Israeli
Israeli Prime Minister, said on Saturday (13) that if Hamas’s leaders were eliminated, the war in Gaza would end, and accuse them of blocking attempts to negotiate a ceasefire. “Hamas terrorist chiefs living in Qatar don’t care about the people of Gaza. They blocked all attempts to cease fire to prolong the war indefinitely,” the Prime Minister said on social network X.
“Getting rid of them would eliminate the main obstacle to free all our hostages and end the war,” he added. The Gaza War was triggered by the attack of the Palestinian Islamic Movement Hamas on 7 October 2023 in Israel, which caused the death of 1,219 Israelis, mostly civilians, according to an official data.
In their attack, Islamists captured 251 people, of whom 49 remain captive in Gaza. Of these, 27 were died, according to the Israeli army. The Israeli reprisal operation in Gaza killed more than 64,750 Palestinians, most of them, according to Hamas Government Ministry of Health, considered confidential by the UN.
