The PF (Federal Police) detained on Thursday (11.Set.2025) the student of UFES (Federal University of Espírito Santo) Adalto Gaigher, after he published a post on social networks with threat of death against the federal deputy (PL-MG).
“Someone kills this guy,” Gaigher wrote on the eve of a visit from Nikolas to the state. The congressman then called the authorities. The university student was released after signing a detailed term.
According to the Federal Police, the arrest was motivated by the seriousness of the intimidations. Nikolas called for the continuity of investigations for the crime of threat.
In a statement, UFES repudiated “Any kind of manifestation that incites violence, hatred or discrimination expressed by any means or vehicle, including digital platforms ”not to mention the student directly.
